Having worked for international crane companies and lifting inspection providers, we are fully trained and experienced in all kinds of overhead cranes and hoists. From hand chain blocks, to swing jibs to large industrial overhead travelling crane systems, we cover it all.

If you have a crane or hoist in your business, it will require an annual service to keep it running in the best condition possible. In addition to this routine maintenance, it will also require an impartial and independent thorough examination (inspection) under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) at least every 12 months (or 6 months in some instances).

We can provide a preventative maintenance program for your hoist or crane, which includes checking, measuring, adjusting and lubricating all necessary parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

We can also (or alternatively) offer an annual LOLEr inspection service, which is completely impartial and checks each part of the hoist or crane, and looks for wear patterns and usage issues, and makes sure that your business stays compliant within the HASAW act, issuing relevant certification on the same day.

We also offer proof load testing for new installations, or equipment that has moved or been modified, and also regular safe working load testing for complete peace of mind.
